Autel was founded in 1985 with the aim to provide advanced, state-of-the-art software solutions for retail trade in the fashion industry. From the beginning our goal is to fulfill the clients' needs and wants. And so it is today. This approach enables us to foresee their needs.
Combining technical abilities, having a partnership with the clientele, paying attention to expectations, the provided solutions' quality, our working moral and attitude are fundamental principals of the company’s philosophy


On-line platform

Our passion for innovative solutions leads us onto a path of continuous research; we are determined to put these solutions into practice.
In 2000 we created an on-line platform that has the potential of countless values in comparison with traditional software solutions, starting from the concept of a "far-reaching service": installing a program in every single shop becomes unnecessary. From the client's point of view this innovation means enormous benefits, since it reduces management costs to the minimum.
The spread of the on-line platforms led us to set up a server farm for housing the programs in 2005, that - with the costs already included in the price - enables the client to access a safe environment, available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, equipped with high-technology machinery.

Today there are more than 3000 clients who use with great satisfaction our hosting service.


On-line Commerce

Considering the evolution of trade we are convinced that as retail trade develops now it will undoubtedly go to the web. While retail sales remain almost the same, the turnover of the companies that sell via e-commerce doubles every year.
We come to this conclusion in 2007, when we‘ve built an e-commerce platform created within Best Store. At management level it means to handle a shop in addition, but gives the option to have a virtual shop-window that overlooks to the whole world, which is open all day long.


Double server farm

In the meantime Best Store has become a reference point in the fashion retail field. Our clients are got used to a high quality service, and getting it without any interruptions. For being able to provide this kind of service also in the future a single server farm was not sufficient any more.
So, in June 2009 another server farm was set up that rests upon a different internet backbone as the one having previously. So, there are two server farms in operation by now. The two environments act like reflections of one another making the architecture much more reliable.


Continuous research

We have achieved important results. So, we could have relaxed by now, knowing that our offer of retail management solutions is the most advanced in the market. But we do not stop here because our most fierce competitor is ourselves. The technical staff is working on the development of new systems that can improve further what we have already achieved.
